Animals selection and identification
According to the technical demands of the import party, a rigorous evaluation is performed, which consists of selecting and identifying the animals to be exported. A team of specialized professionals performs it all.


Pre-Isolation exams
On this stage, the selected animals go through numerous rigorous exams in order to identify those which are not apt for isolation. The approved animals are transported to the quarantine station.


Quarantine
At the quarantine station, the inspection and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, Cattle and Supply take place, through exams of consistency to the international sanitation protocol established by the import country. Assuring the quality of the exported animals. Process of preparation of the animals which are submitted for exportation. Each country has its own sanitarian demands, which are established based on direct negotiation with the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Cattle and Supply. The period of quarantine varies accordingly to each protocol, but it generally lasts around 30 days. During this period, the animals are treated against endoparasites and ectoparasites, tested against the diseases required on the protocol and adapted to transportation food, in case of maritime loading. By the end of the process, the Ministry of Agriculture issues an official document testifying the veracity of the whole process and making it internationally official.
During quarantine, any animal that is not apt for exportation is removed from the process, assuring thus the quality of the exported products.


Making it official and legal formalities
During this stage, the animals are adapting to the travel conditions, while they wait for the international sanitation documents, as well as the legal formalities related to the export process.


Shipping and logistics
The transportation involves special care, whether it is by air, ship or land. When they are shipped, a special feed is bought; by air contention bails are needed. During this stage, apart from transport hiring, an insurance of the animals is made.


Landing and post-sale
Agroexport, worried about animals integrity and customer satisfaction, follows all the export process up to the landing. After that, we start the work of post-sale, watching the evolution f the animals on their new environment.
